Monday writer shout out day

Hello to all of my friends. I have been busy lately and after all of the Christmas holidays, etc, it is good to finally get back on schedule.

Today is the day we hear from all of my writer friends on what they had release last week, or are having released next week. If you have questions, please see the guidelines. Be sure to give us a blurb, a link to your site, and of course, where we can buy your book. The readers and book reviewers will be coming later this week, so also be sure to check back often.

I also have a new book coming out, and it is available for pre-order now. For more information on SPEED, LUST, AND A SECOND CHANCE click on my novel link at the top of this page.

Now back to my friends. Please come tell us what you are coming out with and make us want to buy it--like now.

Beth Gray

  1. I think I am like many readers with a new kindle with lots of space to add, and am looking for more good reads.

  2. My debut novel, Daring to Love, was released this week and I'm still on cloud nine. Here's the blurb:

    Daring to Love

Andrea Macleave is determined to lose her 'Miss Stuffy Knickers' nickname with a rappel down Ireland's famous Europa Hotel, for the hospital where she works. Risk taking goes against everything she believes in and it takes a kiss from her hunky instructor to send her on her way. With her wild side let loose, a one night stand with the action man seems the perfect antidote to her staid life.

Part-time charity volunteer, Matt King, hopes to put the disastrous hook-up behind him. That's easier said than done when he meets the woman in question at his workplace. There's clearly a powerful attraction between them but he's fighting his past demons by living life on the edge.

With each of them determined to let their past ruin their chance for happiness, how can an adrenaline junkie and a control freak ever make it work?

You can read the first chapter for free on Amazon: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Daring-to-Love-ebook/dp/B006UITZ5W/ref=pd_rhf_se_p_t_1

    Enjoy!

  3. Hi Beth! As always, thanks for the opportunity! Ellora's Cave released my first book with them, Take Me at the Ballgame, last week for the launch of their new EC for Men line. Here's the blurb:

Sports writer JT Lovejoy has a chance that’s too good for a middle-aged, divorced guy to pass up—no-strings sex with a hot young intern. Of course, there might never be a bed involved, since they keep meeting in the press box. Not that JT’s complaining. How can he when a beautiful woman offers herself with no commitment? If he’s smart, he won’t. And JT is a smart man.

Take Me at the Ballgame is available through Ellora's Cave, Amazon, and ARe. All the buy links can be found at http://www.booksbycassandracarr.com/takemeattheballgame.htm.

  4. Hi Beth! What a wonderful idea! Called to Order, my first title in my series The Order of Vampyres, was released just after the holidays by Siren and is currently for sale at Bookstrand. http://www.bookstrand.com/called-to-order

To see the trailer visit: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-DVlHp42rjE

Isolated in the quiet hills of Pennsylvania is an Amish order unlike any other—they are vampyre.

Adam Hartzler has always been an honorable immortal, but when he is called to his true mate the line between right and wrong begins to blur. If he does not find her soon he will lose his soul and die. The longer he waits the less he is in control. With only his dreams to guide him, Adam sets out on a journey to claim his mate and return home with her before it is too late.

Annalise Snow is forced into a destiny she did not choose when she awakens on a primitive farm in the arms of a man determined to have her. Passion and emotion collide when two strangers, bound by destiny, become each other’s salvation, but will their bond survive the ultimate sacrifice? Or will eternity begin with betrayal?
