How he uses romance, action, and also in an ancient milieu which doesn't have cellphones or plastic or cotton.<br />As always he is awesome, the plotting, how he runs action, the way he uses his narrator... it is all educational and above all FUN. Even though I'd heard of it before and was interested at what I thought was going to be the Wizard of Oz books through the Wicked Witch's POV, I didn't pick start reading it until I saw on an agent's bio that he's the agent for this author.<br /><br />What I thought was going to be The Wizard of Oz books told through the Witch's POV is turning out to be about her entire life and then some.
